The service

piqqie sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIMs. Plans are data-only: they do not include a phone number, calls or SMS.

Your device

You are responsible for checking that your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy. See the compatibility page.

Validity and data

• A plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination, unless the plan says otherwise.
• Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not refunded.
• Network speed and coverage depend on local partner networks and can vary.
• Plans are for personal use. Reselling, or using a plan in a way that harms the network, is not allowed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include all fees we charge. Your bank or wallet may add its own currency conversion fee.

Installation

Most eSIMs can only be installed once. Do not delete the eSIM from your phone while the plan is still in use.

Liability

We work hard to keep you connected, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service on partner networks. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy a plan applies to that plan.
