Before you buy a Global139 eSIM
What is an eSIM?
A digital SIM built into your phone. You install a data plan by scanning a QR code instead of inserting a card. Your regular SIM keeps working for calls and texts.
Will it work on my phone?
Most phones from 2019 onwards support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, and Galaxy S20 and newer. The phone must be carrier-unlocked.
When should I install it?
Before your trip, while you are on Wi-Fi. The plan only starts counting days when it first connects to a network at your destination.
Do I get a phone number?
No, the eSIMs are data-only. Calls and messages work through apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime and Telegram.
What if I run out of data?
Top up from your account. The extra data goes onto the same eSIM, so there is nothing new to install.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Besides cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, you can pay with USDT, BTC, ETH and other coins.
Can I get a refund?
If the eSIM has not been installed, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days. If it does not work at your destination, support fixes it or refunds you.
